When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre order item, It will be delivered separately from your other orders.
How long will it take to get my package?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfilment centers depending on your location. The average shipping time is about 7-20 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has shipped. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. Please contact us at dollytang888@gmail.com.
But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we can’t cancel and refund it during the transit.
How are customs and duty fees treated?
You are responsible for ensuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import rules and regulations.
You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery charges, applicable tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance fees).
